Halloween doesn’t have to be gruesomely sugary. In fact it is quite possible to ‘trick or treat’ your kids to a healthy snack or meal that still has hair-raising potential. Think: phantom pizzas, a severed hand or ghostly fruit snacks.

A frighteningly interactive dinner idea packed with veggies! Another way to sneak in additional vegetables is to use our HKA tomato sauce as a base. Keep in mind that, if in NSW, the Food and Drink Criteria portion size limit for canteen-made pizza is 250g (primary) or 350g (secondary).
