Calcium

Calcium is a mineral that keeps our bones and teeth strong and healthy.

We get most calcium from:

  • Dairy foods such as milk, yoghurt and cheese

We can also get smaller amounts from:

  • Green veggies like broccoli and spinach
  • Fish with small bones like sardines and salmon
  • Nuts like almonds and brazil nuts
