Bircher Muesli

Serves 10


  • 4 green apples, grated
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups low fat natural yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1.5 cup strawberries halved or berries (optional)


  1. Mix the grated apple with the rolled oats, apple juice and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined. Cover and store in a fridge overnight.
  2. The next day, stir the soaking muesli in with the yoghurt and top with pepitas and halved strawberries.
  3. Serve.


  • Try adding different seasonal fruit to the top.
