At Healthy Kids Association we aim to support all aspects of healthy eating. We believe parents’ have a large role to play in what their children consume. We have produced a series of four videos to help you as parents to increase the fruit and vegetable intake of your families. These videos will give you useful information around fruit and vegetables and provide some tips and tricks to implement our suggestions.
