Blushing Beet Dip

Yields12 Servings

 400 g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
 425 g can diced beetroot, drained
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 Water to thin, as needed

Place all ingredients except water in a food processor and blend until smooth.

If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water and blend. Repeat until desired consistency is reached.

Serve as desired.
