Corn and Capsicum Salsa

 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped very finely
 1 medium red onion, chopped very finely
 1 x 400g canned corn, drained and rinsed
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 large red capsicum, deseeded and chopped finely
 2 limes, juiced
 ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tbsp honey
 Black pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve fresh in burritos or with toasted tortilla pieces.
