Custard Bread Cup

Yields1 Serving

 1 tbsp reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
 1 egg
 1 slice wholemeal bread

Preheat air fryer or oven to 180°C

Add yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, and egg into a small bowl

Whisk ingredients together until they become a liquid custard mixture

Lightly press bread slice into a ramekin or muffin pan hole to create a well for the mixture. You can use your fingers or the back of a spoon to do this

Pour or spoon custard mixture into the well

Bake for 4-8 minutes in air fryer or for 8-12 minutes in oven
