 4 bananas, peeled
 1 cup Greek yoghurt, reduced-fat
 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
 24 sultanas
 8 popsicle sticks or skewers

Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle stick or skewer into the cut end of each banana.

Holding the popsicle stick or skewer, dip banana halves in yoghurt until entirely coated.

Roll bananas in coconut to coat.

Place bananas on a tray lined with baking paper and press sultanas on to each banana - two for the eyes and one for the mouth.

Freeze for 1 hour or until set.
