1) Registering as a food business

2) Canteen Strategies by State

Each state as their own set of nutrition policies and guidelines to help canteens set their menu. Public schools are required to follow these guidelines by law, whilst it is strongly encouraged for independent and catholic schools. Click on the links below for further information.
