Canteen Menu PlannerWe’ve developed a checklist to help canteen managers and health professionals create a school canteen menu that is compliant with Fresh Tastes @ School.

The checklist covers snacks, drinks, cold meals and hot meals and includes recommendations for products to meet the criteria. A key is provided to make your job easier! The goal is to ‘GREEN up’ the menu: get rid of RED items, switch AMBER products to GREEN wherever possible and in general, increase the amount of GREEN items available.
