Managing the canteen
Running a canteen can be complicated – there are so many stakeholders, usually with varied ideas about how things should be done and what should be sold.
Sometimes the positions are held by volunteers (as in the case of a P&C run canteen), and receiving the guidance you need (as the manager) can be difficult to pin down.
