Breakfast items

healthysnacks_yoghurtWe all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but unfortunately it’s also the one that kids (and adults) are most likely to skip. Whether it’s due to lack of time, a dislike of traditional breakfast foods or not feeling hungry in the morning, too many kids miss out on the important nutrients that can be gained from a healthy breakfast.

Most canteens focus on recess and lunch menus, however, offering a small breakfast menu of items that are fast and simple to prepare can be a great opportunity to increase sales, and at the same time, give kids a healthy start to the day.
