Summer-tastic yoghurt

Ingredients

(Serve 12)
  • 1.2kg reduced fat plain yoghurt
  • 6 passionfruit, halved
  • 2 cups strawberries, mashed
  • 12 plastic cups
  • 12 disposable spoons

Method

1. Empty yoghurt into a large bowl. Scoop out pulp from halved passionfruit on top of yoghurt.

2. Add mashed strawberries to yoghurt and gently fold together, creating a rippled effect through yoghurt.

3. Divide yoghurt into plastic cups and keep in fridge.

4. Serve with spoon.
