Healthy Kids Association is pleased to bring back our celebrated Healthy Kids Exhibition and Training Day in 2023. We’re gearing up for our biggest year yet, with the Expo being run in both NSW and the ACT.

Exhibition theme

“Sustainable futures – environmental consciousness and health and wellbeing for our children”

It’s the small changes that can have a BIG impact on a sustainable future for our children, environment and communities. Whether it be healthy food options, environmentally conscious tips, sustainable serving materials (e.g. containers, cups, cutlery) or just about anything else which makes a difference.

We look forward to welcoming members / delegates to our event.

Our Expo is the premiere event for anyone connected with school canteens in NSW or the ACT. In 2023 we invite and welcome anyone who has been a member of Healthy Kids Association at any time since 2019 – including all canteen managers, canteen staff, licensed canteen operators, P&C/F Association representatives, Principals, Health Promotion Officers and more.

It’s time to re-connect. Members of Healthy Kids are invited to come along to connect with representatives from the food industry to see the latest products that meet school canteen guidelines, discover companies who provide products, services and equipment that can help to improve canteen operations, and meet and share ideas with one another.

As well as an exhibition hall, the Expo will feature seminars, workshops and cooking demonstrations to advise canteens and schools on operational issues, provide advice on serving and preparing nutritious food and drinks, and explore how to grow a healthy learning environment in schools. Attendees are also provided with showbags for which companies are invited to provide samples.

Exhibit your products

Any company that wishes to promote their products to schools and school canteens is welcome to apply for an exhibitor stall or sponsorship package.

Non-food and drink companies / products

We welcome exhibitors with products and services including equipment, packaging, cookware, technology and more. We also encourage companies who offer health or wellbeing programs that target a school audience. Please note that all exhibitor applications are subject to approval by the Healthy Kids team.

Food and drink companies / products

In order to exhibit your food and drink products at the Healthy Kids Expo, your food or drink product/s must be registered with Healthy Kids Association in the 2023 Product Registration Scheme. Please note that deep fryers are not permitted at the Healthy Kids Expo.
