Wonderful wraps – tuna, carrot, celery, lettuce and sour cream wrap

Ingredients

(Makes 12 wraps)
  • 2 x 425g cans tuna in spring water, drained
  • 4 medium carrots, grated
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • ½ head lettuce, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
  • 12 slices pita bread or Lebanese bread

Method

1. Combine all ingredients and spread on bread.

2. Wrap and serve.
