How to join or renew
To join Healthy Kids or renew your existing membership, simply select your membership type, download the membership form via the link and forward the completed form and payment to us. Don’t forget, membership runs from January to December for the year/s you join.
There are four membership categories:
Choose the Healthy Kids school membership type if you are from any school, primarily P&C run canteens or individually run canteens. Companies that run canteens inside schools should choose the ‘affiliate or leasee’ membership below. Please note that small schools with less than 100 students receive a free membership and can apply here.
Individual Healthy Kids membership is for those who have an interest in health education for school aged children, or who are health and education professionals with a special interest in school nutrition and food services.
Leasee membership with Healthy Kids is for companies that lease school canteens within schools.
Healthy Kids affiliate membership is for any organisation, whether incorporated or not, that does not fit in any other category. This includes health promotion organisations such as Local Health Districts and food companies (manufacturers and distributors supplying healthy food options).

Download, print and fill out the appropriate membership form below and send correct payment by cheque or electronic transfer (remittance slip required) to Healthy Kids, Suite 1.02, 38 Oxley Street, St Leonards NSW 2065 or via email.
