Calcium is a mineral that keeps our bones and teeth strong and healthy.

We get calcium from:

  • Dairy foods such as milk, yoghurt and cheese
  • Green veggies like broccoli, spinach, cabbage, bok choy and kale
  • Fish with small bones like sardines and salmon
  • Nuts like almonds and brazil nuts

Why did the cow cross the road?
