Calcium
Calcium is a mineral that keeps our bones and teeth strong and healthy.
We get calcium from:
- Dairy foods such as milk, yoghurt and cheese
- Green veggies like broccoli, spinach, cabbage, bok choy and kale
- Fish with small bones like sardines and salmon
- Nuts like almonds and brazil nuts
