As we've found out, kids will happily try almost anything if it's on a stick! These sandwich sticks are a fantastic lunch box addition and even better if made by the kids themselves - at least you know they'll eat it. Mix it up by using your favourite, healthy ingredients and try new veg such as raw zucchini slices, leftover baked potato, shaved carrot (just ruffle it up to thread it on the skewer) and last night's roast lamb.
