Bread of the Dead Pizza

Classification
NSW: EVERYDAY ACT: GREEN
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 200ºC and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Mix the pizza sauce with the olive tapenade. The key here is to make it look dark and scary - if more tapenade is needed, add a little more.
Place pita breads on lined baking trays and spread with tapenade mixture.
Now for the skulls! Slice the mushrooms in half. Using a straw, hollow out the "eyes" on the round surface. With a small sharp knife, cut two lines to indicate the nose slits.
Top the pizza with mushrooms, tomato and greens, followed lastly with the cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Cut pizza into six slices and serve a slice with a side of salad.
Variations
- Use a variety of different dark or red toppings to make this devious pizza extra mischievous!
