Choc-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

 2 medium bananas
 2 tbsp Milo
 5 ½ cups reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
 2 cups reduced-fat milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a tall container (or blender).

Blend until smooth.

Divide into cups.

Tip

  • Want a thicker smoothie? Boost the fibre by chucking in some rolled oats!
