Christmas Smoothie

Ingredients
Method
Place half of the milk, half of the frozen yoghurt and all of the frozen strawberries/raspberries in a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into 5 serving cups and store in freezer.
Add the remaining milk, frozen yoghurt and all of the frozen kiwifruit to the blender and blend till smooth.
Take the cups from the freezer, then evenly distribute the kiwifruit mixture on top of the strawberry/raspberry mixture.
Serve straight away, or store the smoothies in freezer for no longer than 20 minutes.
Variations
- Try swapping the kiwifruit with honeydew or green grapes
- Add some spinach to the green portion of the smoothie to make it extra-green
Tips
- Pour the second mixture slowly on top of the first mixture to prevent the layers mixing
