Ingredients

 5 cups mango (fresh or frozen), diced
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Method

If using fresh mango, place the diced mango in the freezer overnight until frozen.

Blend the frozen mango with the lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.

Serve immediately or place back in the freezer.

Variations

  • Try adding a frozen banana for a tropical flavour

Tips

  • Use the lemon juice or a dash of water to make the sorbet thinner if required
