Strawberry Iced Cupids

Ingredients

For Strawberry Ice Cubes
 400 ml strawberry milk, reduced-fat
 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
For Serving
 750 ml strawberry milk, reduced-fat
 6 strawberries (optional)

Method

Strawberry Ice Cubes

Blend strawberry milk (under strawberry ice cubes ingredients) and strawberries in a blender until smooth.

Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 3-4 hours, or until set.

Serving

Distribute ice cubes evenly between cups.

Add 1/2 cup remaining strawberry milk to each cup.

Cut a small vertical slit in the bottom of each strawberry and slide onto the side of each cup to garnish.

Tip

  • Instead of strawberry milk, you could use plain milk with strawberry milk flavouring powder. Use no more than 1 level tbsp of powder per serve.
