Sweet Chilli Chicken Roll-ups

Method
Using a rolling pin roll out the bread sliced till they are half the thickness, set aside.
In a bowl mix the chicken, sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.
Layout the bread slices out and evenly divide the chicken mix and spread it out to the edges of the bread, sprinkle the cheese evenly.
Roll each one over three times trying not to move the filling.
Place in a sandwich press, remove once crispy and golden.
Tips
- If you can’t find chicken breast mince, use a food processor to mince up some whole chicken breast.
